Swatch is hiring a Sales Associate for the Montreal Eaton Centre boutique to deliver client service and drive sales in a dynamic retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service and product consultations to boutique visitors
- Drive sales through product knowledge, styling recommendations, and client relationship development
- Maintain boutique merchandising standards and visual displays to reflect brand aesthetic
- Process transactions accurately and manage point-of-sale systems
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment activities
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience in luxury or fashion retail
- Demonstrated passion for watches, design, or creative industries
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends and peak periods
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment, preferably in luxury goods, fashion, or watches.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary retail, fashion, or business education is advantageous but not required.
