Swatch seeks a Sales Associate at Montreal Eaton Centre, Canada — customer-facing retail role focused on watch sales and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor, greeting clients, presenting watch collections and advising on product features and technology.
- Drive individual and store sales performance through consultative selling, client engagement and proactive clienteling.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to Swatch standards, including product placement, displays and signage.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process transactions, exchanges and returns, and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Support stock management and inventory processes: receiving, restocking, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Participate in in-store events, product launches and promotional activities to maximise footfall and conversion.
- Adhere to company policies and security procedures while promoting a welcoming, orderly retail environment.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience; experience in watches, accessories or fashion is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport and close sales.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Legal right to work in Canada.
- A keen interest in design, watches and brand storytelling, with professional presentation aligned to Swatch's aesthetic.

Experience
Preferably 1+ year of retail or customer-facing sales experience; prior experience with watches or branded accessories is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in retail, hospitality or a related discipline is a plus.
