Swatch is seeking an energetic, welcoming Sales Associate for its Montpellier boutique on a fixed-term contract from 23 November to 27 December, at 35 hours per week. The role combines customer advice and sales with independent store and till opening and closing, product handling, merchandising, after-sales assistance and simple repairs; English at B2 level or above is required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Share the Swatch universe by telling the story of its products, conveying the brand’s creativity and inspiring customer enthusiasm.
- Welcome and advise each customer with care, professionalism and elegance.
- Complete sales and process payments.
- Independently manage store and till opening and closing.
- Receive and inspect products, and set up merchandising displays.
- Assist with after-sales service and carry out simple repairs.
- Keep the store immaculate through organization, cleanliness and replenishment.
Qualifications
- Commercial or sales training and a successful first experience in sales.
- Strong interest in watchmaking, jewelry and/or the luxury sector.
- Product sensitivity and good knowledge of the sector.
- Excellent presentation, polished verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above, with the ability to interact confidently with international customers.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
