Sales Assistant (30 hrs/week, part-time) – Swatch Milan. Deliver luxury retail experiences in rotating shifts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative sales assistance and customer experience across all brand touchpoints
- Manage customer relationships and post-sale support to drive repeat business
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and process returns and orders accurately
- Maintain store presentation, back-office organization, and stock accountability
- Work rotating shifts including evenings and weekends as required
- Identify customer needs and adapt communication style to manage objections and conflicts effectively
- Contribute to achievement of sales targets and commercial objectives
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience including returns, orders, and inventory management
- Strong commercial orientation and customer relationship skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with flexibility and adaptability
- Proficiency with personal computers, Microsoft Office suite, and communication software
- Advanced English language skills (additional languages preferred)
