Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized sales consultation and styling advice to customers across Swatch's diverse product range
- Accurately process point-of-sale transactions and maintain transaction integrity
- Maintain store displays, merchandise presentation, and visual standards consistent with brand guidelines
- Build and nurture customer relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product features, craftsmanship, and brand heritage
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably in watches or accessories
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
