Swatch is seeking an energetic, welcoming Sales Associate to represent the brand and deliver memorable customer experiences in its Marseille boutique. The role covers sales, payments, independent store opening and closing, product reception and merchandising, after-sales service and simple repairs, and maintaining the boutique; this is a fixed-term contract for 21 hours per week from December 1 to December 27.
Role & Responsibilities
- Share the Swatch universe by telling the story of its products, communicating its creativity, and generating customer enthusiasm.
- Welcome and advise each customer with kindness, professionalism, and elegance.
- Complete sales and process payments.
- Independently manage store and cash register opening and closing.
- Receive and check products, and implement merchandising.
- Assist with after-sales service and perform simple repairs.
- Keep the store immaculate through organization, cleanliness, and product replenishment.
Qualifications
- Commercial training and an initial successful sales experience.
- Strong interest in watchmaking, jewelry, and/or the luxury sector.
- Product sensitivity and good knowledge of the sector.
- Excellent presentation, polished verbal communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
- English at B2 level minimum, with the ability to communicate comfortably with international customers.
- Additional languages are an asset.
