Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store client service, advise customers on product selection and close sales to achieve daily and weekly targets.
- Maintain expert product knowledge of Swatch watches and accessories, communicating features and brand storytelling with clarity.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, handle cash and card transactions accurately and perform end-of-day reconciliation.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards; restock and organise merchandise according to planograms.
- Receive and process incoming stock, assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies to store management.
- Support store opening and closing procedures, and contribute to a safe, welcoming retail environment compliant with company policies.

- Availability for the fixed-term contract from 1 July to 31 August 2026 and ability to work a 35-hour weekly schedule.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles; experience in watches or fashion is an advantage.
