Swatch seeks a multilingual Sales Associate for its Lucerne store, working 60–100%. The role covers sales and customer service, visual presentation, cash handling, minor watch services, store upkeep and merchandise support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Actively advise customers and sell Swatch and Flik Flak products in the store.
- Provide a warm welcome and attentive customer service.
- Present products attractively in accordance with visual guidelines.
- Operate the cash register correctly and process transactions.
- Carry out minor service tasks, including battery replacements and watch strap adjustments.
- Maintain a neat and inviting store appearance.
- Receive deliveries and support merchandise management.
Qualifications
- Completed retail training or an equivalent qualification.
- Sales experience, ideally with watches, jewellery or lifestyle products.
- Flexibility regarding working hours and enjoyment of a lively store environment.
- Engagement, experience and multilingual ability; comfortable in a dynamic, international work environment requiring flexibility, resilience and personal responsibility.
- Very good German and English; French and additional languages are an advantage.
