Swatch is seeking a Sales Associate for its Lille boutique on a fixed-term contract from December 7 to December 27, at 35 hours per week. The role combines customer advice and sales with independent store operations, merchandising, after-sales support and simple repairs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Share the Swatch brand universe by telling the story of its products, conveying its creativity and building customer enthusiasm.
- Welcome and advise each customer with care, professionalism and elegance.
- Complete sales and process payments.
- Independently manage store and cash register opening and closing.
- Receive and inspect products, and implement merchandising.
- Assist with after-sales service and perform simple repairs.
- Keep the boutique immaculate through organization, cleaning and shelf replenishment.
- Contribute to revenue growth and achievement of store targets.
Qualifications
- Commercial training and a successful first experience in sales.
- Strong interest in watchmaking, jewelry and/or the luxury sector.
- Product sensitivity and good knowledge of the sector.
- Excellent presentation, polished verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above, with the ability to interact comfortably with international customers.
- Additional languages are an asset.
