Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised customer service that reflects Swatch’s brand values and increases customer loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, cross-selling and clienteling.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of watches, straps and accessories and communicate technical and design features to clients.
- Manage daily store operations including point-of-sale transactions, cash handling and reconciliation.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation meet brand guidelines; execute displays and stock rotates as directed.
- Support inventory control activities: receiving, labelling, stock replenishment and shrinkage prevention.
- Collaborate with store team on promotional events, local marketing initiatives and customer follow-up.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-facing sales ability, ideally with at least 1 year in retail; experience in watches, jewelry or luxury goods is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele.
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays to meet retail scheduling needs.
- Numerical aptitude and accuracy in cash handling and POS operations.
- Professional presentation and a strong pride in upholding brand image.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 1 year of retail or customer-facing sales experience; preference given to candidates with experience in watches, luxury accessories or fashion retail.
Education
Secondary education (high school) required; vocational training in retail, sales or hospitality is preferred.
