Swatch is hiring a Sales Associate (fixed-term, CDD) in Lille, France — 35h/week from 07.04.2026 to 31.08.2026. Join the Swatch retail team in Lille.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, product-driven customer service to visitors and clients, proactively advising on the Swatch collection and accessories.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while supporting loyalty and clienteling initiatives to foster repeat business.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and perform cash handling and daily reconciliation.
- Maintain presentation standards: stock replenishment, visual merchandising, store housekeeping and window displays in line with brand guidelines.
- Provide basic after‑sales support including warranty guidance, returns handling and coordination with the service centre where required.
- Participate in in‑store trainings and brand briefings delivered by the dedicated training team.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations, including shift handovers and inventory activities.
Qualifications
- Availability for a fixed-term contract (CDD) from 07 April 2026 to 31 August 2026, at 35 hours per week.
- Legal right to work in France for the contract duration.
- Strong customer orientation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Numerical accuracy and reliability for cash handling and point‑of‑sale operations.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings and weekends as required.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or luxury sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; candidates with demonstrated customer-facing experience and a strong interest in watches and design will be considered.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in retail/merchandising is a plus.
