Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, client-focused sales service and achieve individual and store sales objectives over the seasonal contract.
• Welcome and advise clients on the Swatch collection, articulating product features, materials and brand heritage to drive conversion.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system: process transactions, returns and exchanges, and perform accurate cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, product presentation, replenishment and stockroom organisation.
• Support inventory procedures, stock counts and receipt of deliveries in accordance with store policies.
• Contribute to clienteling activities: collect customer information, follow up on enquiries and build ongoing relationships.
• Ensure compliance with loss-prevention, health & safety and store operational procedures, including opening and closing tasks.
• Work collaboratively with the store team to maintain a motivating, service-oriented environment during peak seasonal periods.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience, preferably in watches, accessories or fashion retail (seasonal experience accepted).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach and polished commercial etiquette.
• Numerical accuracy and reliability in cash handling and transaction processing.
• Flexible availability for a 35-hour weekly schedule, including weekends and peak holiday periods from May to September 2026.
• Ability to work on one’s feet for extended periods and perform light physical tasks related to merchandising and stock handling.

Skills

Experience

Preferred: at least one year of retail or seasonal sales experience; candidates with strong customer service backgrounds in fashion, accessories or watches will be prioritised.

Education

Secondary-school diploma (baccalaureate/equivalent) or vocational retail/hospitality certification preferred.
