Swatch is hiring a Sales Associate (35h, fixed-term) in Lyon, France from 29 June to 12 Sept 2026. Join the Swatch boutique as a seasonal sales professional.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term customer relationships.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through active clienteling, product demonstration and upselling.
  • Operate the point-of-sale terminal, process transactions and handle cash accurately following store procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the shop floor reflects brand presentation guidelines.
  • Receive, unpack and replenish stock; execute inventory checks and support loss-prevention protocols.
  • Participate in brand and product training sessions and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, maintain store cleanliness and ensure compliance with health and safety rules.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience; prior experience in watches, accessories or fashion retail preferred.
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and convert footfall into sales.
  • Professional presentation and strong attention to visual merchandising detail.
  • Availability for the contract period (29 June – 12 September 2026), including weekends and peak trading hours.
  • Eligibility to work in France and right to work documentation.
