Swatch seeks a temporary Sales Associate (CDD, 35h) in Dijon, France (06.07–31.08.2026). Client-facing retail role in a Swatch boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, client-focused service and build lasting customer relationships to drive sales.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets; actively promote product benefits and upsell where appropriate.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, and perform accurate cash handling and reconciliation.
- Maintain merchandising standards and visual presentation in line with brand guidelines.
- Receive and manage stock, conduct inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.
- Support in-store promotions and events and ensure compliance with loss-prevention and store security procedures.
- Contribute to a tidy, welcoming boutique environment and collaborate closely with the wider store team.
Qualifications
- Available for the fixed-term contract from 06 July to 31 August 2026 and able to work 35 hours/week.
- Legal right to work in France.
- Proven interpersonal and customer-service skills with a client-oriented mindset.
- Previous retail sales experience; experience in watches, jewellery or luxury retail is an advantage.
- Reliable numeracy and proven cash-handling accuracy.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak trading hours.

Prior experience in retail sales is required; 1+ year preferred. Experience in watches, jewellery or luxury retail is an advantage but not mandatory.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) preferred.
