Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service: welcome customers, assess needs, and provide expert advice on the Swatch product range.
- Drive sales and achieve daily/weekly performance targets through proactive clienteling and upselling.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and handle cash/epayments accurately.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising to brand standards; execute seasonal display changes.
- Manage stock reception, replenishment and basic inventory tasks; escalate discrepancies as required.
- Support loss-prevention, compliance and store opening/closing procedures; work collaboratively with the boutique team.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales aptitude; previous experience in fashion, accessories or watches preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude and polished commercial manner.
- Capacity to work a fixed-term summer schedule (01.07.2026–31.08.2026) on a 35‑hour week; flexibility for weekends and evenings as required by store hours.
- Good numeracy and accuracy for transaction handling and basic stock tasks.
- Fluent French for daily client interactions; conversational English is advantageous.

Experience
Previous retail or customer-facing experience is required; experience selling watches, accessories or fashion goods is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational retail training is a plus.
