Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to build client relationships and drive store sales.
  • Present product knowledge across Swatch collections and advise customers on style, features and care.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and handle cash procedures and returns.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure windows, displays and in-store presentation reflect brand directives.
  • Support inventory control activities including receiving, stocking, replenishment and regular stock counts.
  • Participate in store opening and closing procedures, daily reporting and adherence to loss-prevention policies.
  • Assist with in-store events, launches and clienteling initiatives to increase footfall and repeat business.
  • Respond to basic after-sales enquiries, register warranties and escalate technical issues to the service centre when required.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail sales experience; luxury, watches or accessories experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable operating POS systems and handling cash; numeracy and attention to detail.
  • Available to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and peak shopping periods.
  • Professional presentation and ability to uphold brand standards at all times.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or merchandising training an asset.
