Swatch seeks a Sales Associate in Copenhagen for a seasonal retail role delivering exceptional customer service and supporting high-profile store activations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service that reflects Swatch’s brand DNA and converts shopper interest into sales.
- Proactively drive in‑store sales through product knowledge, tailored recommendations and effective upselling.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, execute window and in‑store displays, and support brand-specific launches and collaborations.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions accurately and perform cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Receive, unpack and manage stock; assist with inventory counts and replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Support marketing activations, promotional events and increased footfall during peak and seasonal periods.
- Ensure the store environment meets brand presentation, cleanliness and safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate closely with the store team and management to meet targets and deliver a seamless customer journey.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable passion for fashion, design and accessory products with a clear customer-first mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong sales orientation and a proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a retail environment.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak summer schedules.

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role is preferred; experience handling high-traffic peak periods or product launches is an advantage.
Education
