Swatch is recruiting a Sales Associate for its Cannes boutique on a fixed-term contract from December 1 to December 27, with a 35-hour schedule. The role combines customer advice and sales with autonomous store operations, merchandising, after-sales support and simple repairs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Share the Swatch universe by telling the story of its products, conveying its creativity and generating customer enthusiasm.
- Welcome and advise each customer with care, professionalism and elegance.
- Complete sales and process payments.
- Independently manage store and cash register opening and closing.
- Receive and inspect products, and implement merchandising displays.
- Assist with after-sales service and perform simple repairs.
- Keep the boutique immaculate through organization, cleaning and replenishment.
Qualifications
- Commercial training and a successful first experience in sales.
- Strong interest in watchmaking, jewelry and/or the luxury sector.
- Product sensitivity and good knowledge of the sector.
- Excellent presentation, polished verbal communication and interpersonal ease.
- Service orientation and customer focus.
