Swatch seeks a Sales Associate (CDD 01/06–31/08/2026) in Cannes, France. Seasonal retail role in a Swatch boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and build lasting client relationships to drive sales and repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective product presentation, upselling and cross-selling of watches and accessories.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process transactions, returns and exchanges according to company procedures.
  • Maintain boutique visual standards: merchandising, window displays, stock replenishment and housekeeping to the brand’s guidelines.
  • Receive, inspect and manage incoming stock, assist with inventory counts and ensure accurate stock records.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to support promotional activities, store events and peak trading periods.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail sales experience (minimum one year); experience in watches, accessories or luxury retail preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high standards of customer care.
  • Right to work in France for the duration of the fixed-term contract (CDD: 01/06/2026–31/08/2026).
  • Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays during the summer season.
  • Professional presentation, strong interpersonal skills and commercial awareness.

Experience
