Swatch is hiring a Sales Associate in Cannes, France — seasonal contract (1 Jun–31 Aug 2026) retail role focused on customer service and watch sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience through personalised service, active listening and product storytelling to convert footfall into sales.
  • Achieve daily and seasonal sales targets and contribute to boutique KPIs through upselling and clienteling.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process payments, handle cash and maintain accurate transaction and customer records.
  • Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards, including window displays and product replenishment.
  • Receive and manage stock, perform inventory counts, report discrepancies and support stock replenishment processes.
  • Provide after-sales support, process warranty or service requests, and escalate technical queries to after-sales teams.
  • Work flexible retail hours including evenings and weekends during the contract period; assist with store opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail or sales experience, preferably in watches, jewellery or premium goods.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation.
  • Numeracy and accuracy for cash handling and transaction reconciliation.
  • Availability for the fixed-term contract from 1 June to 31 August 2026 and willingness to work flexible retail hours including weekends.
  • Legal right to work in France.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience; prior exposure to watches, jewellery or luxury accessories strongly preferred.
