Swatch Sales Associate in Burnaby, BC. Part-time retail role offering $18.70/hr base plus performance bonus. Must have 1+ years retail experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers and resolving issues with a positive attitude
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through outstanding product knowledge and consultative selling
- Process sales and returns accurately while managing inventory levels
- Maintain store visual standards by following merchandising guidelines and ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Support daily operations including cash management, POS system use, and adherence to operational policies
- Uphold workplace safety standards and comply with company procedures
Qualifications
- At least one year of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Results-oriented mindset with high energy and enthusiasm for sales
- Passion for working in a fast-paced environment
