Swatch Group seeks Sales Associate in Bruges, Belgium – luxury watch retail role in iconic Swatch boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide consultative sales assistance to customers, presenting Swatch collections and explaining product features and heritage
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays according to brand guidelines
- Build and nurture customer relationships, encouraging repeat business and brand loyalty
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience in a luxury or fashion environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and peak periods
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion, or watch sales is preferred. Minimum 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer-facing role.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further retail or hospitality training is advantageous.
