Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their style preferences and recommend appropriate Swatch collections
- Execute point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation in alignment with brand guidelines
- Communicate product knowledge across Swatch's full portfolio, including collaboration collections
- Support inventory management and stock control procedures
- Contribute to achieving retail sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications
- Demonstrated retail sales experience in a luxury or fashion-adjacent environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
Skills
Experience
Prior retail or customer-facing experience is preferred, though candidates demonstrating strong service orientation and brand alignment will be considered.
