Swatch is hiring a Sales Associate for its Bordeaux boutique on a fixed-term contract from December 1 to December 27, at 35 hours. The role combines customer advice and sales with independent store operations, merchandising, after-sales support and simple repairs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Share the Swatch universe by telling the story of its products, conveying the brand’s creativity and engaging customers.
- Welcome and advise each customer with warmth, professionalism and elegance.
- Complete sales and process payments.
- Independently manage store and cash register opening and closing.
- Receive and inspect products, and implement merchandising.
- Assist with after-sales service and carry out simple repairs.
- Keep the boutique immaculate through organization, cleanliness and replenishment of the sales floor.
- Contribute to revenue growth and the achievement of boutique targets.
Qualifications
- Commercial training and an initial successful experience in sales.
- A strong interest in watchmaking, jewelry and/or the luxury sector.
- Product sensitivity and good knowledge of the sector.
- Excellent presentation, polished verbal communication and interpersonal ease.
- Required English proficiency: at least B2, with the ability to interact fluently with international customers.
- Any additional language is an asset.
