Swatch seeks a Sales Associate for its store in Biel/Bienne, working 80% and starting immediately or by agreement. The role covers sales and customer service, product presentation, cash handling, minor watch services and merchandise support in a seven-day operation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise customers and sell Swatch and Flik Flak products in the store.
- Provide a warm welcome and courteous customer service.
- Present products attractively in line with visual guidelines.
- Operate the cash register accurately and process payments.
- Carry out minor service tasks, including battery replacement and watch strap adjustments.
- Maintain a well-kept and inviting store appearance.
- Receive deliveries and support merchandise management.
Qualifications
- Completed training in retail or a comparable qualification.
- Sales experience, ideally with watches, jewellery or lifestyle products.
- Strong customer orientation and enthusiasm for active selling.
- Flexibility with working hours, particularly weekends, in a seven-day operation.
- Engaged, experienced and multilingual, with flexibility, resilience and a strong sense of personal responsibility in a dynamic, international work environment.
- Very good German and French; good English. Additional languages are an advantage.
