Swatch is hiring a Sales Associate (50–100%) in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland. Join the Swatch boutique to deliver client service and drive retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to drive conversion and loyalty within the Biel/Bienne boutique.
- Advise clients on product features, technical specifications and styling, with tailored upsell and cross-sell recommendations.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage cash handling and returns in accordance with store policy.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring window displays and in-store presentation reflect brand guidelines.
- Manage stock reception, inventory counts and replenishment; coordinate with store management on merchandising and replenishment needs.
- Support store events, product launches and local marketing initiatives; contribute to a cohesive, high-energy retail team.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-facing experience in retail, luxury or lifestyle brands; demonstrable sales results preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset and polished commercial acumen.
- Comfortable with point-of-sale systems, stock management and basic cash procedures.
- Flexible availability to cover variable shift patterns, including weekends and peak trading periods.
- Local language skills are highly advantageous in Biel/Bienne: proficiency in German and/or French; English is beneficial.

Experience
Previous retail sales experience is required; ideally 1–3 years within watches, accessories or premium lifestyle brands, with a track record of meeting sales targets and delivering superior client service.
Education
Secondary education; vocational training in retail, hospitality or a related field is advantageous.
