Swatch Basel seeks a motivated Sales Associate (50–80%) to deliver exceptional retail service and product expertise in watches and design.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized sales service and product consultation to retail customers
- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock organization
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale systems
- Build customer relationships and address inquiries about Swatch collections
- Support team operations and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets
Qualifications
- Strong retail or customer service experience
- Genuine passion for watches, design, or luxury goods
- Fluent in German and English (additional languages an advantage)
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and evenings
Skills
Experience
Retail or customer-facing experience in a luxury or watch-related environment is preferred but not essential. Prior experience working in fast-paced retail settings is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail or hospitality certification is an advantage.
