Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product consultation on Swatch timepieces and accessories
- Engage clients with in-depth knowledge of the brand's design philosophy and product innovations
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards aligned with Swatch brand guidelines
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale operations
- Build client relationships and support brand loyalty initiatives
