Swatch Group seeks Sales Associate for Antwerp boutique. Part-time (32h), Dutch/English fluent, customer-focused retail role with benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide product advice on Swatch and Flik Flak watch collections
- Facilitate product sales and ensure exceptional customer experience aligned with brand values
- Acquire new customers and foster loyalty through attentive service and relationship building
- Assist colleagues during sales transactions, including gift wrapping and customer service support
- Maintain store presentation by replenishing, organizing, and cleaning merchandise displays as needed
- Achieve shop sales objectives and contribute to team performance goals
- Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to develop product knowledge
- Share expertise and experience with colleagues to elevate team capabilities
- Ensure compliance with dress code and store regulations
- Remain available for weekend, daytime, evening, and holiday shifts as required
Qualifications
- Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Enthusiasm for horology and watch products
- Demonstrated customer service excellence in a retail environment
- Strong communication skills with both customers and colleagues
Skills
Experience
Entry-level retail sales experience or equivalent customer-facing background is beneficial; prior experience in watch retail or luxury goods strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail, hospitality, or customer service training is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Antwerp, Flanders, Belgium.
