Swatch seeks a part-time Sales Associate for its Amsterdam P.C. Hooftstraat store to welcome customers, advise on watches, gifts, service and repairs, and identify sales opportunities. The role requires sales or retail experience, strong customer engagement and commercial skills, and excellent Dutch with good English.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right watch.
- Advise customers on purchases, gifts, service and repairs.
- Engage customers proactively, identify sales opportunities and help turn store visits into successful experiences.
- Represent Swatch as the face of the Amsterdam P.C. Hooftstraat store and deliver a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, selling or retail.
- Enjoys customer interaction and confidently initiates conversations.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to recognise and use sales opportunities.
- Presentable, enthusiastic and service-oriented.
- Able to work independently and take responsibility.
- Flexible availability.
- At least MBO-level work and thinking capacity.
- Excellent Dutch and good English; an additional language is an advantage.
