Swatch seeks a part-time Sales Associate for its P.C. Hooftstraat store in Amsterdam to welcome customers, advise on watches and related services, and identify sales opportunities. Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, listen to their needs, and help them find the right watch.
- Advise customers on purchases, gifts, service, and repairs.
- Engage customers in conversation, identify sales opportunities, and help turn store visits into successful experiences.
- Provide an enjoyable customer experience and ensure customers leave the store satisfied.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales or retail.
- Strong customer-service orientation and confidence initiating conversations.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to recognize and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Presentable, enthusiastic, and service-oriented.
- Able to work independently and take responsibility.
- Flexible availability.
- At least MBO-level work and thinking capacity.
- Excellent Dutch and good English; an additional language is an advantage.
