Tissot seeks a part-time Sales Associate for its Kalverstraat boutique in Amsterdam to welcome customers, advise on watches and services, and deliver an excellent retail experience. The role includes a variable bonus scheme and requires weekend availability for at least two days.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, listen to their needs and help them find the right watch.
- Advise customers on purchases, gifts, servicing and repairs.
- Engage customers in conversation, identify sales opportunities and contribute commercially to successful store visits.
- Provide an excellent customer experience and ensure customers leave the boutique satisfied.
Qualifications
- Experience in luxury sales, sales or retail.
- Enjoys customer interaction and readily initiates conversations.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to identify and seize sales opportunities.
- Presentable, enthusiastic and service-oriented.
- Able to work independently and take responsibility.
- Available to work at least two days on weekends.
- At least MBO-level education or equivalent working and thinking level.
- Excellent Dutch and good English; additional languages are an advantage.
