Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with professionalism and hospitality, creating memorable retail experiences
- Provide expert product consultation on Swatch timepieces, helping customers select watches suited to their preferences and needs
- Identify sales opportunities and execute consultative selling techniques to maximize transaction value
- Advise customers on product maintenance, repair services, and warranty information
- Maintain store appearance, merchandise displays, and inventory accuracy
- Process transactions accurately and professionally using point-of-sale systems
- Work flexibly across shifts to meet store operational demands
Qualifications
- Proven retail, sales, or customer service experience
- Excellent Dutch and English language proficiency; additional languages preferred
- Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
- Professional, service-oriented demeanor with genuine enthusiasm for customer engagement
- Minimum MBO-level education or equivalent professional qualification
