Role & Responsibilities
- Advise customers on Swatch and Flik Flak timepiece selections based on individual preferences and requirements
- Present products with commercial acuity, ensuring attractive and compelling in-store displays
- Address customer service inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
- Process repair requests and coordinate follow-up with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain store presentation standards and contribute to a welcoming retail environment
Qualifications
- Proficiency in the Dutch language
- Strong customer service orientation
- Product knowledge in watches or luxury goods is advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively within a retail team environment
Skills
Experience
