Swatch is hiring a Sales Associate for its Aix-en-Provence boutique on a fixed-term contract, 35 hours per week, from November 23 to December 27. The role combines product storytelling and customer advice with sales, store operations, merchandising, after-sales service and simple repairs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Share the Swatch universe by telling the story of its products, conveying its creativity and inspiring customer enthusiasm.
- Welcome and advise each customer with warmth, professionalism and elegance.
- Complete sales and process payments.
- Independently manage store and cash register opening and closing.
- Receive and inspect products, and implement merchandising.
- Assist with after-sales service and carry out simple repairs.
- Keep the boutique immaculate through organizing, cleaning and replenishing product displays.
- Contribute to revenue growth and the achievement of boutique objectives.
Qualifications
- Commercial or sales training, with a successful first experience in sales.
- Strong interest in watchmaking, jewelry and/or the luxury sector.
- Product awareness and good knowledge of the sector.
- Excellent presentation, polished verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- At least B2 English, with the ability to interact comfortably with international customers; additional languages are an asset.
