Swatch Group Italia seeks part-time Sales Assistant in Verona. Deliver luxury watch retail excellence with strong customer service and sales expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional sales experiences through attentive client care and desire fulfillment
- Manage sales transactions, returns, and order processing
- Maintain impeccable store organization, back-office administration, and accurate inventory management
- Ensure proper brand presentation standards for Swatch and Flik Flak
- Build and sustain positive client relationships with strong communication and adaptability
- Address customer objections and resolve conflicts professionally
- Contribute to achievement of company sales objectives
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience including sales, returns management, and order processing
- Commercial orientation with strong dynamic and flexible approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in identifying client needs and adapting communication style accordingly
- Problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency with PC, Microsoft Office, and standard communication software
