Swatch is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant for its corporate store in Venice. The role focuses on client sales and after-sales service, store organization, stock and back-office standards, and brand presentation; pay is a €25,000 gross annual base for full-time work, prorated to the part-time workload under the Terziario, Distribuzione, Servizi C.C.N.L.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an excellent sales experience by attending to clients and fulfilling their wishes.
- Contribute to business objectives by managing client relationships and providing sales and after-sales assistance.
- Help organize the store, keeping the sales floor, back office and stock in order.
- Ensure the correct presentation of the SWATCH and FLIK FLAK brand image.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail, including sales, returns management and orders.
- Commercial orientation.
- Dynamic and flexible approach.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to identify different interlocutors and adapt communication and interaction to the situation, including managing objections and conflicts.
- Natural problem-solving ability.
- Familiarity with PCs, the Office package and communication applications.
- Knowledge of key IT tools and a strong aptitude for using technology.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
