Swatch is hiring a part-time Sales Assistant for its corporate store in Venice to deliver customer-focused sales and after-sales service, support store organisation and maintain SWATCH and FLIK FLAK brand presentation. The role follows the Terziario, Distribuzione, Servizi C.C.N.L.; the stated gross annual base salary is €25,000 for full-time work, prorated according to the part-time workload.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an excellent sales experience by attending to customers and fulfilling their wishes.
- Contribute to business objectives by managing customer relationships and providing pre- and after-sales assistance.
- Help organise the store and keep the sales floor, back office and stock in order.
- Ensure the correct presentation of the SWATCH and FLIK FLAK brand image.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail, including sales, returns management and orders.
- Commercial orientation, dynamism and flexibility.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to identify interlocutors and adapt communication and interaction to different situations, including handling objections and conflicts.
- A natural problem-solver.
- Proficiency with PCs, the Office suite and communication applications.
- Knowledge of common IT tools and a strong aptitude for using technology.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
