Swatch seeks part-time Sales Assistant in Venice, Italy. Luxury retail experience, customer service, English language skills required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide consultative sales assistance and deliver exceptional customer experience across the purchase journey
- Build and maintain client relationships whilst identifying customer needs and addressing objections
- Manage sales transactions, returns, and order processing in accordance with company procedures
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the retail environment reflects brand identity
- Organize store layout, back-office operations, and inventory management to brand specifications
- Contribute to team efforts and sales objectives through flexibility and collaborative approach
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience including sales, returns management, and order processing
- Commercial orientation with dynamic and flexible attitude
- Availability for rotating shift schedules
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
