Swatch Group Italia seeks a part-time Sales Assistant in Turin. €25,000 annual salary (full-time equivalent). Retail experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and sales support, addressing client inquiries and managing purchase transactions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through attentive care and personalized assistance
- Process sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and customer orders with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain store presentation standards, including visual merchandising, stock organization, and back-office management
- Support achievement of sales targets and company objectives through consultative selling techniques
- Manage customer objections and conflict resolution with professional, solution-oriented approaches
- Ensure compliance with brand standards for Swatch and Flik Flak at all times
Qualifications
- Retail experience in sales, returns management, and order processing
