Swatch seeks a Sales Assistant (part-time, 20 hrs; 1-year fixed-term) for its Stuttgart Stiftstraße store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding in-store customer service and personalised client advice to drive conversions and repeat business.
  • Present and sell Swatch & Flik Flak product ranges through confident storytelling and consultative selling.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and store layouts to preserve brand aesthetics and seasonal campaigns.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, cash handling and daily till reconciliation accurately.
  • Maintain stock levels, process incoming deliveries, conduct inventory counts and assist with replenishment.
  • Support store events, product launches and local marketing activations to enhance footfall and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Proven affinity for retail, fashion or lifestyle brands; an interest in watches and accessories is advantageous.
  • Prior retail or customer-facing experience; experience in premium or fast-paced store environments preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and peak trading periods.
  • Professional presentation, strong attention to detail and commitment to brand standards.

Experience
