SWATCH seeks a part-time Sales Assistant for its Corporate store at Porta di Roma. The role covers customer sales and after-sales service, customer relationship management, store and stock organization, and brand presentation. The applicable collective agreement is Terziario, Distribuzione, Servizi.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an excellent sales experience by attending to customers and fulfilling their needs.
- Contribute to business objectives by managing customer relationships and providing pre- and after-sales assistance.
- Participate in store organization, keeping the sales floor, back office and stock in order.
- Ensure the correct presentation of the SWATCH and FLIK FLAK brand image.
Qualifications
- Retail experience, including sales, returns management and orders.
- Commercial orientation, dynamism and flexibility.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to identify different interlocutors and adapt communication and interaction to the situation, including handling objections and conflicts.
- Natural problem-solving ability.
- Familiarity with PCs, Office package and communication applications.
- Knowledge of common IT tools and strong aptitude for using technology.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
