Swatch Group seeks part-time Sales Assistant for Roma Termini boutique in Milan-based Italian operation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and sales experiences, addressing client needs and managing objections effectively
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company objectives through strong commercial performance
- Manage customer relationships and provide pre- and post-sale assistance and support
- Maintain store organization, back-office operations, and inventory accuracy
- Ensure proper presentation and visual merchandising of Swatch and Flik Flak brand imagery
- Handle returns, orders, and retail operations with attention to detail
- Adapt communication and interaction style to different customer profiles and situations
Qualifications
- Retail experience including sales, returns management, and order processing
- Commercial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in customer objection handling and conflict resolution
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
- Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent English; additional languages considered an advantage
