Role & Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Manage point-of-sale processes, including handling transactions and returns.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
- Support inventory management through regular stock checks and updates.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
