The Sales Assistant delivers an excellent customer experience, manages client relationships and provides sales and after-sales assistance while helping maintain store, back-office and stock standards and the presentation of SWATCH and FLIK FLAK. The role is offered part-time or full-time under the Terziario, Distribuzione, Servizi C.C.N.L.; the stated gross annual base salary is €25,000 for full-time work, prorated for part-time according to workload percentage.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an excellent sales experience by attending to customers and fulfilling their needs.
- Contribute to the achievement of business objectives by managing customer relationships and providing sales and after-sales assistance.
- Support store organization, keeping the sales floor, back office and stock in order.
- Ensure the correct presentation of the SWATCH and FLIK FLAK brand image.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail, including sales, returns management and orders.
- Commercial orientation.
- Dynamic and flexible approach.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to identify interlocutors and adapt communication and interaction to different situations, including handling objections and conflicts.
- Natural problem-solving ability.
- Good command of English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
