Swatch Group seeks part-time Sales Assistant in Pescara, Italy. Deliver luxury watch retail excellence with strong customer service and sales expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and sales support aligned with brand values and client expectations
- Manage customer relationships throughout the sales cycle, including handling returns and post-sale inquiries
- Contribute to achievement of company sales targets through active engagement and consultative selling
- Maintain store presentation, back-office organization, and stock management to brand standards
- Ensure consistent brand image representation across Swatch and Flik Flak merchandise and displays
Qualifications
- Retail sales experience including inventory management, returns processing, and order handling
- Commercial orientation with strong customer relationship management capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including conflict resolution and objection handling
- Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office suite
- Advanced English language skills; additional language proficiency preferred
