The Swatch Group (Italia) seeks a Sales Assistant for its corporate store in Pescara to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales achievement. The successful candidate will manage customer relationships, assist with product presentations, maintain store organization, and support post-sale customer care while representing the Swatch and Flik Flak brands with excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and sales support aligned with brand values and client expectations
  • Manage customer relationships throughout the sales cycle, including handling returns and post-sale inquiries
  • Contribute to achievement of company sales targets through active engagement and consultative selling
  • Maintain store presentation, back-office organization, and stock management to brand standards
  • Ensure consistent brand image representation across Swatch and Flik Flak merchandise and displays

Qualifications

  • Retail sales experience including inventory management, returns processing, and order handling
  • Commercial orientation with strong customer relationship management capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including conflict resolution and objection handling
  • Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office suite
  • Advanced English language skills; additional language proficiency preferred
