Swatch seeks a Sales Assistant (part-time, fixed-term) for its Hannover store. 20 hrs/week. Join Swatch & Flik Flak retail team in Hannover.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an engaging customer journey from initial greeting to post‑sale follow-up, converting footfall into sales.
- Articulate product stories and brand narratives for Swatch and Flik Flak collections to inspire purchase decisions.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store reflects seasonal concepts and brand directives.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system, process transactions accurately and assist with stock replenishment and inventory controls.
- Collaborate with the store team to meet sales targets, support daily operations and maintain store presentation and housekeeping.
- Participate in in‑store promotions and local marketing initiatives; provide feedback on customer trends and product demand.
Qualifications
- Customer‑facing retail experience, preferably in fashion, accessories or branded retail environments.
- Demonstrable aptitude for visual merchandising and storytelling within a retail setting.
- Commercial awareness with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Flexible availability to cover retail hours consistent with a 20 hours/week part‑time schedule, including weekends and evenings as required.
- Professional presentation, strong interpersonal skills and a positive, service‑oriented demeanour.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail or frontline customer service is preferred; experience within watches, fashion or lifestyle retail is an advantage. Proven track record of achieving sales targets will be favourably considered.
Education
No formal tertiary qualification required; secondary education or equivalent is preferred. Relevant retail or vocational certifications are a plus.
