Swatch Group Italia recruiting Sales Assistant (20h/week, part-time) in Palermo for corporate retail store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide consultative sales support and post-purchase customer service to achieve company sales targets
- Manage customer relationships and handle objections and conflict resolution with professionalism
- Maintain store organization, back office efficiency, and stock accuracy
- Ensure proper visual presentation and brand image standards for Swatch and Flik Flak
- Process sales transactions, returns, and orders in compliance with retail procedures
- Operate POS systems and standard office technology
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience including transaction processing, returns management, and order fulfillment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to adapt interaction to different customer profiles
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple store operations simultaneously
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
- Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent English language skills; additional languages preferred

Proven experience in retail sales, including customer service, returns processing, and order management.
