Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and tailored product recommendations to enhance the shopping experience
- Manage client relationships and handle sales, returns processing, and post-sale support
- Contribute to achievement of company sales objectives through strong commercial acumen
- Maintain visual presentation of Swatch and Flik Flak brand environments and ensure proper merchandising standards
- Organize and maintain store floor, back office, and inventory systems in optimal condition
- Adapt communication style to meet varied customer needs, including objection handling and conflict resolution
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or related retail operations
- Strong commercial orientation with demonstrated sales ability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
