Swatch Sales Assistant, Münster: 20-hour per-week, fixed-term retail role combining customer advisory, visual merchandising, and brand storytelling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise customers on current watch collections and lifestyle products, translating brand narratives and product heritage into compelling sales conversations
- Execute point-of-sale transactions, cash reconciliation, and customer order processing with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation in accordance with corporate guidelines and seasonal campaigns
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships through service-oriented engagement and follow-up
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and resolution-oriented problem-solving
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail or lifestyle product sales environments
- Demonstrated customer-centric service orientation combined with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of contemporary fashion and watch industry trends
- Ability to work flexibly within standard retail operating hours and collaborate effectively within a team environment
